Dr Singh has been passionate for emergency medicine right from his internship, He has worked in the busiest emergency departments of India, after relocating to Australia Dr Singh has done his fellowship with RACGP and has been practising as Rural Generalist with emergency skills.
Dr Singh has worked in many emergency departments across Australia. Realizing the fact if a patient is not extremely unwell can wait for 6-8 hours in a hospital waiting room decided to open a standalone clinic for low acuity emergency cases. This vision is coming true and as Urgent Care Brisbane is now taking the load of public and private emergency departments.

Dr Vijay has been practicing medicine in Australia for the past 15 years. He completed his specialist training as emergency physician in Adelaide before moving to remote Queensland where he completed his second fellowship with ACRRM with AST in Emergency. He took the role of Director of Medical Services at Blackall hospital during 2018/19 in addition to his clinical role before moving to Brisbane.
He is always very passionate about acute medical care but also developed interest in family medicine during his time in the outback.

Dr Ghazal Ghodosi is a Rural Generalist with Advanced Skills Training in Emergency Medicine through the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine. She graduated from James Cook University in Townsville in 2013 and since then, has worked at many hospitals around Qld, NSW and Victoria. Dr Ghodosi was previously a pharmacist and states it’s the perfect foundation for a medical degree. She loves the variety of presentations seen in an emergency and urgent care setting. On days off, she loves spending time with her son and husband.

Janice Hay

As Clinical Nurse Consultant at Urgent Care Brisbane, Janice brings over 36 years of acute clinical and managerial skills and experience as a Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife and Nurse Practitioner from both Australia and the UK.
Janice holds a BSc Nursing (Honours), is a RN & RM, Advanced Nurse practitioner (Glos UK), RIPRN, has certifications in physical assessment, triage, minor illness and injury, primary care, emergency care and wound management.
Janice is an Australian Nurse Immuniser and qualified to work as a sole practitioner in rural and remote areas. Janice is passionate about improving the ‘patient’s journey’ from Triage to Transfer and delivering a quality service. She has a ‘can-do’ approach and a patient-centric mindset, always working to ensure our emergency clinic enhances the patient experience with skills, knowledge, empathy and expertise.
