* The cost of consumables apply (CAMBOOTS, Crutches, Splints, IV therapy, IV antibiotics, Burn dressing, plasters, urgent point of care emergency blood)
* After-hour radiographer on-call fee of $50 applies after 5 pm on weekdays and after 12pm on Saturdays and the whole day on Sundays and public holidays.
* All unpaid accounts will incur further cost of admin fees and recovery fees.
